"I was very excited for this eyeshadow. The color was gorgeous, but it creased and faded pretty fast. Also, the tip broke off one of the sides making application difficult."

"Love the colors, hate the plastic caps and how easily the crayon breaks. After reading these reviews I see that everybody else has the same problem. I can no longer waste my money on a product that falls apart so easily. I have wasted over $40."

"I love this eyeshadow; however the plastic covers break quickly. I have tried two; the covers have broken within a couple of weeks or so with daily use. Without the covers, the product soon dries out and is useless. Please fix this problem!"

"Waste of $20. Purchased the plum and bronze. I am VERY careful with my makeup. It stays in a drawer and not my purse. I NEVER even twisted the crayon(s) up. Upon second use, the crayon(s) either crumbled or snapped off inside the tube."

"I am extremly disapointed with this product. I have used CG for years because its always 100%. However this product is horrible. I went to apply and it broke off. So i tried a 2nd one and it did it agin! So 2 sticks in 2 different colors both broke!!"

"I do not understand why people are having problems with this product. It is so easy and creamy! Best eye shadow ever in my opinion. I have most of the colors and it is really pretty. My only critique is that the colors aren't bright enough for me."

"I absolutely love this pencil. It goes on very smoothly and is extremely easy to apply. My favorite part is that you don't have to deal with so many different things just to get a smokey eye look. It looks better than any other expensive brand."

"Creases in half an hour! I tried everything as a base & over the top cover, nothing helps it stay on. Haven't had it break yet, but not sure how I'll keep the point on the darker shade. Don't waste your money, it doesn't stay like they advertise."

"I got purple plume and HATED this! I like the concept but when I got it, it was broken! Also I wore it for a special event, I put eyeshadow to set it.. Instead of making it look better, it creased! No wonder that cute guy was looking at me weird!"

"A while ago I bought this eyeshadow. A half-hour after application, all that was left was a nasty crease and the stick broke after 1st/2nd use. I stuck it in my purse and today I found the lid had opened and it crumpled all over my purse. Not pleased"

"Loved it at first. Then I looked in the mirror a few hours later and it had creased. Tube kept breaking. I thought it was my fault and stupidly bought another one. No matter how careful I was it would break off and fall on the floor. Very Poor!!"

"I like these a lot. They go on smoothe, the color is pretty. Only thing is I'd like to be able to "sharpen" them...or make them stay pointed at the top. Once the point rubs down, hard to get under my eyes nicely, because it becomes rounded."

"I thought this would go on so much better than powder eyeshadow. Boy was I wrong. When I put it on, it just went on in one big glob, tried to smooth it out and it just came off then color fell out of tube after just 1 use. Won't use again."

"Purchased Bronze Fire SmokyShodowBlast - color didn't blend well. Both ends broke after using twice. Would not recommend. Customer Service will send coupon for another eye shadow but I do not have high hopes for any improvement. Save your money"

"The colors were nice, but I've purchased two of these- the onyx smoke and the tempest blue which BOTH broke after a few uses. It would be a much better product if the eyeshadows lasted longer then 4-10 uses!"
