"I bought the product but tapered pencil end broken in the package so apply gently and reapply. I wanted a quick way to create the smokey look, this WORKS. Creasing in the lid happens quickly."

"I loved the paired colors and purchased 5 sticks. I was very disappointed when the 1st stick broke almost immediately. I moved on to another color and it too broke. I vow never to purchase these products again. What a shame!"

"I was so excited when I first purchased this product to see if I could do smoky eyes myself. The shadow stick broke off on my second eye with very little pressure. Can't wait to see if they come up with a fix for this great concept."

"I love pencil eyeshadows, & these are great! Especially the colors, LOVE THEM! BUT.... the caps on both ends of all three of my pencils cracked & chipped & now won't stay on. Very disappointed about that, otherwise great pens."

"This is a great way to introduce the smoky eye to beginners in makeup. Although the colors are extremely intense, they crease extremely easily, unless set with a translucent powder. Also, the tapered end is prone to break off."

"After about 15 minutes of wearing this shadow, I noticed it had already creased the sort of smoky eye. The colors werent true to their appearance either, black came out gray, and it fell apart after its first use. I wont be buying this ever again"

"I use this product EVERY day and I love it however both sides break within the first 2 uses. I've bought 3 of the same color and it's happened to all 3. I hope they can re-formulate the product to not break because I do truly it."

"I use these every single day. I agree that they crease so I try to use them more as a liner but it feels light and stays on almost all day. I have no trouble getting it off either. Love love love them! I wish there were more colors now."

"I used the bronze fire to get a natural look but you couldn't see the darker shade and it didn't make much of a smoky eye and the pointed end broke! Not the best product even though it sounded really good."
