Cap Breaks All the Time

"I have used this mascara for 10 years and until recently really liked it. Recently the caps have been cracking lengthwise, wont stay on, and the mascara dries up. I have had to replace 3 in the past month and likely wont be buying this product again."

"I actually made a login so I could express my extreme disappointment that MARATHON has been discontinued. I have used this mascara for as long as I can remember. This All-In-One is a TERRIBLE replacement. My lashes don't stay curled & flake. HATE IT."

"I have no idea why a company would discontinue such a marvelous product. I have worn it since I first wore mascara, in my teens, and I am now 47. Nothing has ever been able to bring out my lashes like MARATHON! Professional is no substitute for it."

"This mascara didnt come close to marathon...a few hours after applying, I had racoon eyes. I could put marathon on and swim, shower, cry, etc. Will you ever bring it back?! This is not a good replacement for such a great mascara..."

I am sorry but I do not know of any plans to bring back the Marathon mascara. I would recommend you try the Professional All-in-One Waterproof mascara. This version will really resist water and smudging. I hope this helps.

"I LOVE the Professional All-in-One Curved Brush Mascara, but everytime I buy one the cap breaks! It cracks from the bottom up so that I have to throw the cap away. Then its hard to apply and the mascara dries up very fast!!"

"I don't know what has happened to the casing.
The last 2 tubes of mascara I have purchased, the lid has broken. When the lid breaks, the wand and brush come out of the cap and the mascara begins to dry up.
Not so happy with this product any more!"

"1977 I started wearing Marathon Professional Mascara. I used to swim, shower, cry, etc. & never worry abt my mascara. I tried 5 other CG products claiming waterproof...0 are near waterproof. I'm not happy having to try new brands after 30+ years! :("

"I used Marathon Mascara since I was a teenager - 3.5 decades! The recommended "Professional All-in-One" Waterproof can't touch Marathon. Not only is it NOT waterproof, it's not even smudge-proof. I have racoon-eyes within 1 hour of applying it."
