"out of 4, 2 won't advance. The other reviews show that this is not an isolated problem. what can be done?
I tried to 'hack' the eyeliner, but I need hardware tools. I just want make-up and there is a waste of time as well as money."

"I LOVE LOVE the eyeliner It glides on smooth, almost crayon like. Im using the black onyx. I only use it on my water line but I love it. it clicks to give you more like it should. No problems there. I don't use the smudger so I don't know about that."

"I usually love the Perfect Point Eyeliner, it makes such a clean dark line. But this last one that I purchased was horrible. Every time I clicked it twice the tip would break off. Very disappointing."

"This is the best eyeliner I've used, as it is more of a "crayon" than a pencil... goes on smooth, and the black is nice! I like the smudger attached at the end as well, makes blending super easy to still look natural."

"I will have to agree with Mindy17. I have been using this product for about 2 years now. I have never had any issues with it in the past. This last eyeliner I purchased keeps breaking at the tip when I apply to my eye. I don't know what is happening."

"I have always used Liquiline Blast, but I tried this for a change. It does not glide on easily at all. After pulling my skin tight, it still does not even go on! Very disappointed with this product."

"I have used this eyeliner for many years and loved it. This past year the eyeliner would break off constantly. I went to another brand but missed this one, then came back to this one with one good one that didn't break and 4 more that did. :("

"I have used this product before with no trouble, Not now. I started looking at the reviews, I see I am not the only one with trouble with eyeliner not rolling up.Good color but do not want to pay $6 if it is going to stop working after a few uses."

"I paid $6 for three uses of this eyeliner because the stick would not advance. Disappointing and inconveniencing. Also the sponge for smudging does not work very well. L'Oreal's Infallible liner's rubber-ish end is much more effective."

"finding eyeliner is hard for people with blonde eyelashes but I found this and got great results, but eventually it stopped pushing up the stick

"Usually like this product, but the last one that I bought the tip broke off more that normal and then would just sit and turn and not bring anymore eyeliner up. Just bought it and it was garbage. NOT HAPPY!!! Wish that it would stay on longer also"

"I love this eyeliner but it keeps breaking off while I am using it. I don't understand why it is doing this, but it broke on me twice this morning while I was using it. Is there anything that I can do? This is such a waste of money!"

"I love this eyeliner in chestnut. I teach fitness classes and although I do "touch up" after teaching a class, this stays on. I agree with the comments about the tip breaking off, but the liner is cheap so I always keep an extra on hand."

"Like the eyeliner itself, but the product always breaks off. I've tried to only expose a "little bit" at a time, but it doesn't help. Tip always breaks off and wastes product!!!! Makes a mess of carpet etc. when this happens too."
