"i use the smokey tauope, its a natural look that completely brighten my big blue eyes. the tauope is great bc if you put it on wrong, no one can tell. its perfect for blue eyes and fair skin. anyone with those features should really giv it a try. :]"

"I have been using the PBE for years and I swear by it. You can get a smudging effect by using the sponge at the tip or by holding the pencil on an angle; if you want a precise line, you just sharpen the pencil. It's great!!"

"I have never been much eyeliner person, until I tried Perfect blend pencil. The trick to drawing a thin line is to keep the pencil sharpened and then use the smudging tip. Now I wear eyeliner just about every day."

"its not a practicle eyeliner because it draws on very thick ( way to thick for everyday use ) this eyeliner would only work if u wanted to do a smokey eye. and its quite messy aswel, u cant keep a clean line because it just smudges"

"I bought this eyeliner so I could apply and smudge it perfectly anywhere on my eye. My only complaint is that it does not stay on very long so I have to apply it about three times a day. But other than that it was really worth buying!"

"I love really black eyeliner, when I tried to put the liner on I had to push hard on my eye lid and go over the liner and it wasn't that black. Most of the time I love Covergirl but this time I was let down :("
