Too much money for using twice!

"I loved this product the first time I tried it. The second time, it seemed drier and harder to apply. The third time, it would not work at all. I tried storing it upside down, shaking it, etc. It's like the product is dried up or gone."

"THIS PRODUCT WAS TERRIBLE AND OVER PRICED FOR THE RESULTS. THE COLOR IS NOT AS IT APPEARS AND IT DOES NOT LAST LONG. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME BUYING ANY COVERGIRL PRODUCTS AND I AM UNSURE IF I WILL PURCHASE ANY OTHERS."

"I bought this in Everbloom Kiss and liked it very much in terms of color. However, it dried out very quickly, like in a week. I'd like my makeup to last much longer than that. That's a little disappointing."

"I bought this lipstain at target for $7.50, "flirty nude"I got is BLOOD RED. much too red for my fair skin, i was looking for a darkish pink, not so.very disappointed:(

"The first week of use, I LOVED this! I bought it in teasing blush and it looked natural and perfect. But the pen dried out after a week! Bummer because the color and staying power was amazing! and the sent was nice! Wish it would last longer."

"I wanted something more natual feeling than lipstick, so I tried the cinnamon smile lipstain. It went on very smooth, looked very natural, and it was still on after over 14 hours of wear. I love it, and will buy more."

"Different, but a nice lipstick alternative. I've found if I let it dry to set briefly after I apply it, I have no problems. Also, I put the cap on tight and store it tip down, just as you would a marker, to keep it from drying out."

"I purchased the lip-stains (3) and I was so excited to apply them. They all appeared darker than they look. I trusted CG. I grew up wearing CG. I am so disappointed : ( . They didn't last long as advertised). So hurt and upset. A waste of money."

"I bought color 415. I thought this would not streak and last more than 4 hours. It streaks badly making me put more on till it’s darker than I want then it fades strangely in an hour leaving a dark ring around my lips. This was over $8 wasted."

"Rite-Aid had a sale on Covergirl w/ Buy 1 Get 1 50% off. So I chose the Outlast Lip Stain #425 and #402 and the product was dried out on BOTH of them. I was so excited until I tried them on. What little color I got out of it was uneven. DISAPPOINTED"

"got the sassy mauve today...matches my lips exactly!! never had any problems with the tip drying out. first one i bought still works. the color lasted me through a meal, run and shower. don't know why it's getting such bad reviews, it works great!"

"I was so excited to try a lipstain but I was so dissapointed in how much darker the color was than how it looks in the packaging. I bought the cinnamon and it looks like a dark RED! My husband even said I looked like a vampire. Such a waste of money!"
