"I have always used this brand, but seeing that I cannot find refills to fit it anymore, I am going to buy Maybelline. They do sell refills! The pads do have to be replaced eventually. I can't even find them online. : ("

If your looking for something simple, this is the product for you. But this does not last long at all. It barely works after only having it a couple of months. I am dissapointed. My advice: save your money and purchase a different product."

"I have been using this product since I can't even remember when. The recent products haven't been as durable as in the past. The pads seem to split from use within weeks, and there is no way to buy just the replacement pads. :("

"Have been using this product and others by cover girl for many years. Find it disrespectful to loyal customers not to have refills available & require they purchase another curler just to get a refill. Not me! will switch to maybelline or revlon."

"The new lash curler is awful. Dull covering on the handles and so thin, the older one was great, thick on the handles so it cushioned your fingers, this one is a piece of junk. I wont buy another and what a waste of money."

"This lash curler is great, but I need the pad refills! I just bought a new one and threw it away just to get the pad refill. The newer curlers are cheap and too small. Come on Cover Girl - just sell the refill pads - I love this lash culer!!!"

"I agree with everyone. This is a good lash curler, however, you must my a new one, in order to get the pad. Something needs be be done about this. Can't you package two pads to the package? I'd even pay a little for for the product."

"Please sell the refills again. I would gladly exchange all the new curlers that I just remove the pad from for refills. They newer ones don't fit my fingers as well as my old one. I bet you could get the price of whole unit for 2 refills pads."

"well the price was cheap, but i'm a fist time lash curler user an uncertain on it so far. iI reccomend that u do not use after mascara! This is not good for your eyelashes and could cause breakage."
