"Smoke? This color looks more blue/green, not a soft shade of black! No thanks...I would've returned the product if I could, but the store went out of business. I'd rather not walk around wearing blue eyeliner..."

"Do not buy this liner - the tip is incredibly stiff, so rather than drawing a line, it drags across your lid leaving blobs and bare spots. It dried up after one lid. Horrible quality, not what I expect. It's going in the trash - a complete waste of $"

"This eyeliner is the BEST! I have very oily lids and this stuff doesn't budge....I am so amazed by it. Not sure why people say it dries out fast...not the case with mine and I have re purchased this many times! Tighten those caps better!!"

"This eyeliner literally dried out after applying on a single eye. It is way too over priced for how much you can use it. For the quality I am getting I would sell this eyeliner for 25 cents. I love other CG products, but this one disappoints."

"I really like this product at first, But i've had the product for about 2 weeks now and it doesn't work anymore. Instead of coming out as "smoke" it comes out clear. I've tried shaking it but you still can't see it. My sister has the same problem"

"When I found this liner in SMOKE - it instantly became my favorite. Not too dark or too light. But it only lasts about 3 applications(I bought a few and it's the same problem). Even at $8, it's the most expensive liner out there. Huge disapointment!"

"Could not locate CG's original eyeliner and bought this. It was okay the first two times I used it but it has not worked since. No matter how much I shake it, it just will not work. Bring back the old eyeliner. It works better on older eyelids."

"If I could give it 0 stars I would! The only way I could get any product out was to draw a line on my hand a few times, and even then the line was faint. I wish I could get my money back! Already bought a replacement from another brand!"

"I just bought this product and I can't get the liquid to come into the felt tip! It worked for ONE EYE and then nothing. Is there a trick to this? So far, very disappointed -- even more so because I don't have the receipt to take it back!"

"I purchased the black and smoke liners. The black liner was dried up and I couldn't get it to work at all. The smoke liner is nothing like the color on the package, it is a blue/green not charcoal or grey. Very disappointed, huge waste of money! :("

"I love this eyeliner; unfortunately it run out and dries out very quickly, I had to keep buying them, it gets expensive,would be nice if its available in bigger size.I rather pay $25 for one that last long, instead of spenging $40/month on this!!"

"I made the mistake of buying 4 of these when they were on sale. They dried out within a week. I kept the liner upside down but all that came out was water. What happened to your product? I use to love this product."

"I am very very unhappy w/this product. I was only able to use it twice then it dried out. I stored it upside down/ that still did not help. Come on CV people just cant afford to take a chance on poor products. I would not recommend this to anyone."

"i honestly haven't had a problem with this eye liner. i have it in the black/brown and the very black. it's one of the BEST liquid eye liners i have ever used. if it dries out then just put a little bit of water in there, shake it up, ur good to go"

"I bought this more than a few months ago and was happy at first. It started to dry out after a few weeks, so I stopped using it. I picked it up again and it works amazingly now. I found that storing it upside down helps A LOT; hope that helps people."

"I have used this product for about a year. The black is just too dark for me. However, the last two liners I have bought have dried up very quickly. Almost within 1 week. I would like a darker smoke color and one that doesn't dry out please."
