"I really love the brush on this mascara. It works pretty good and makes my lashes look awesome with just 2 coats. My only slight complaint is that I don't think the shimmer is very noticeable - I have black platinum."

"This is the greatest mascara ever!! I already have long eyelashes so I don't need the mascara for length,but its good for volume. I do about 3 to 4 coats of mascara. When I wear this mascara everyone always asks me if I have on false eye lashes!"

"This is a very nice mascara. It doesn't produce the thickness or length of lashblast volume, but the lashes with this are long and beautifully defined. Plus the added shimmer/color is very cute adds a little subtle pizazz to your look!"

"I have been using Covergirl for yerars I have bought two of of the lashblastluxe and they are always dry and very hard to put on with the large brush. I love the Volume Exact but I can't find it at the stores."

"I've had no problems with this mascara. As for the color tint in the product, there isn't much except when in the sunlight, it does shimmer. And as for using the CG, it is the darkest that I've found. I have long dark lashes already and plenty."

"This mascera is *ok*. I bought the black emerald and my lashes are darker than the mascara, it doesn't put down much pigment. It does wear a long time though. If you don't like a heavy mascara look that wears a long time this is for you."

"I hate this mascara! It doesn't hold a curl at all and even in the darkest color it doesn't even show on my lashes!!!! My lashes are darker than the mascara1 I don't know why people say it is good, it's AWFUL! Don't waste your money!!"

"I have searched all over and tried many and thank you Cover Girl for this LashBlast Luxe! I have oily eyelids and no matter what I put on whether it be smudge proof or waterproof I would always get smudges on the top/bottom of eyes. This works!!!"

"This works pretty well, but if you get it in black carbenet, it doesn't shimmer. It stays on all day and there's no smudging at all. I just wish that it wasn't so thick, but other than that, great product!"

"This will give you the same volume as the regular LashBlast, but I found it was more liquid-y, making it glide on a bit better. There's definite shimmer, which is a fun change BUT if you like black-BLACK mascara like I do, you may not like Luxe."

"I love this mascara! If you apply it, then wait 2-4 minutes after it dries, and you coat it again several times, the end result are thick, curled lashes, that resemble fake lashes that you glue on! This mascara is amazing, perfect for dramatic looks!"

"I recently got this mascara in platinum black. As far as the shimmer part of the mascara, it was not as shimmery as I would have liked. The shimmer is honesty not that noticeable unless up real close. However I LOVED the volume it gave my lashes!!"

"This mascara definitely adds a lot of volume and length. Like A LOT! But it's not as shimmery as i hoped. I can see the shimmer on the wand, but not as much on my lashes. But I do think it is a great mascara and it brightens up the eyes! :)"

"I usually buy my makeup at nordstroms. I tried this mascara to make my eyes look even greener and it worked! it worked even better on my mom's lashes to make them longer (my eyelashes already touch my eyebrows with out makeup) but its still amazing!!"

"LashBlast Luxe is a nice alternative to plain black mascara. The shimmer does not fall into your eyes and clumping and fallout is minimum. This mascara has a subtle silver-white shimmer that is visible under light. Volumizing, lengthening."

"I bought this mascara and tried if for the first time. It was a pretty good mascara. It adds a nice thickness to your lashes, but doesn't lengthen them that much. I would consider maybe buying this again, it's not the best but it's pretty good."
