"I got this mascara in black brown, and it works well. I have short lashes, and it definitely lengthens! The only problem: not as waterproof as I had hoped. Its wonderful for my Les Mis tears, but I cant swim with it. but overall it's good!"

"I've had this for a couple of days and it is a disappointment . It makes my lashes look longer but does not hold a curl very well for it being waterproof. I know it had mixed reviews but I still wanted to try it so I did. Sorry covergirl."

"I have long eyelashes b/c of my ethniciity and I love love love this mascara. Finally, no clumping! I bought another one recently and was so dissappopinted. I quickly realized that this is the only mascara I like. I like it even better than Lanc0me."

"This is the worst mascara I have ever used. The only thing that's longer is the tube itself. Like another reviewer, my tube is very dry; there isn't very much mascara in there at all. I like Cover Girl products, but will not try their mascara again."

"When I brought this mascara I was so excited to try it. It was lengthening which I love and Water resistant which I need. However It was/ is very clumpy.... I tried all of the tricks that I've learned to prevent clumps and nothing worked."

"For years I rarely wore mascara due to it flaking into my sensitive eyes. Now I find myself wearing this mascara everyday even when swimming in pools (it definitely is water proof). I love this mascara and do not see myself buying anything else."

"Unless you jump in the shower, this mascara IS waterproof. I ran a mile in this and it didn't sweat off my face. My lashes do look longer. Love it."
