"I purchased this item with the matching mascara and loved it! When I put it on, it made my eyes shine! My advice is that you purchase the eyeliner and mascara together, so that you have the maximum shine. Loved it!"

"It was very dissapointing to buy a brightening eyeliner, labeled "Vibrant Pearl", to open it up and find very black. It looks - very black! I was hoping for day time wear and it is definitely not that."
