"i have been using shade #110 for almost 30 years. when CG changed the design of the compact i was disappointed. the packaging looks pretty but it is not functional. it's bulky and difficult to open. please return to the old compact design."

"I have been using this powder since I was in junior high. I love the product and the smell of it. I just don't like the new packaging. Please change it back! But other than the packaging I love the powder and how it combats shine."

It is great to hear from a loyal consumer. I am sorry you had a problem opening the compact. We design it so it will not spill in purses. Here are some instructions for opening the compact for future use:
o To open, turn the compact sideways.
o While holding the bottom place the end of your thumb under the large indentation in the lid (green arrow).

"I have been using 140 Natural Beige for years and love it. However, I purchased two compacts recently and they are both 140 Natural Beige but at least 2-3 shades darker. E-mail contact does not work, so I am submitting a comment here."

"I have been buying number 145 for years. This time the outside looked a little different but the shade number and name were the same. OMG it is SO much darker that I can not use it. Now I'm out $6.29"

"Epic fail! I will no longer be purchasing Covergirl pressed powder!
I had to purchase this design, it was too big for my purse. Also was difficult to open (thanks 4 thinking about persons w/ disabilities). And finally it BROKE. ZERO STARS!!"

"been buying covergirl for years - new case is a HUGE mistake, along with changing the colors - on my 3rd compact with the new case and it will be my last - it's bulky, flimsy, doesn't fit in my makeup case and breaks easily"

"I loved this powder, and most of all loved the old compact design, which was slim, sleek, classy looking, and easy to open. The new compact design is ugly and bulky. Changing the Clean line was by far CG's worst marketing decision yet!"

"As a user of CoverGirl's Clean Pressed Powder for over 15 years, I'm very disappointed in the new design. The size is big, bulky and heavy. The hinges on my two new compacts broke within a month of buying and one no longer snaps shut. Poor job."

"What were you thinking??? I have used this product for 35 years. Now you decide to use the cheapest hinge you could find. The hinge completely breaks every time before the powder is half gone. I am changing to a different manufacturer TODAY."

"Will not buy again, I used CG pressed powder for about 35 years, this is one change that is NOT GOOD. Compact hard to open & close. Lid breaks off if not opened straight. Color is waaaay off. CG's suggested replacemnet color BAD. Too dry."
